Boost Innovation builds behavioral analytics platforms that quantify what human performance looks like — and turn that data into tools practitioners actually use.
Most decisions about people are made on instinct.
We’re building the tools that change that.
We sit at the intersection of behavioral science and modern software — building platforms grounded in peer-reviewed research and designed for the practitioners who need them most.
To give coaches, leaders, and organizations access to the human performance data they’ve always needed but never had — making the invisible measurable and the measurable improvable.
Every person carries behavioral signals that tell the full story of their capacity, resilience, and readiness. Our vision is a world where those signals are available to anyone who needs them.

“The most important decisions about people are almost always made with the least amount of data. I built Boost Innovation to change that.”
Ken King is a performance coach, published author, and entrepreneur based in Calgary, Alberta. He has spent his career working inside sport and organizational environments, and the same problem kept surfacing everywhere he went: the things that actually determined outcomes — how people think under pressure, how teams hold together, how coaches shape the environments around them — were invisible to the people responsible for improving them.
That gap between what matters and what gets measured is what Boost Innovation exists to close. Every platform the company builds starts from a real observation Ken made in a real environment, about something important that nobody was quantifying. The measurement comes first. The tool follows.
He believes that behavioral science belongs in the hands of practitioners — not locked in research institutions. That the right tool, built on the right science, changes what decisions get made and how. And that measurement without improvement is just data.
GRW Project quantifies the human performance factors that drive every outcome — composure, presence, cognitive clarity, decision readiness — from any video, in 90 seconds.
Sport coaches, HR directors, and executives use GRW to see what decades of intuition couldn’t show them. Not what someone did. Not what they said. What was actually happening in their behavioral signals at the moment that mattered.
“When something is measured, it becomes real.
When it’s real, it becomes coachable.”
When something is measured it becomes real. When it’s real it becomes coachable. When it’s coachable it becomes competitive advantage.
Every tool we build traces back to peer-reviewed research with documented methodology. We don’t claim certainty where the science is probabilistic.
The science has lived in journals for decades. Our job is to build the bridge between peer-reviewed methodology and the practice field — fast, usable, real.
Data for its own sake is a hobby. Every platform we build exists to produce a measurable improvement in how someone performs, leads, coaches, or lives.
Every platform below was built from a measurement gap we found and a problem worth solving.
The coaching role is the most under-measured position in sport. Coach Mindset gives multi-sport coaches self-awareness tools, athlete development tracking, and performance data to understand their own impact — not just the scoreboard, but the environment they build around it.
93% of emergency home repairs are preventable. Homesteady gives your home a health score — the SteadyScore™ out of 50 — and builds a climate-aware maintenance schedule tuned to your region’s actual weather patterns. Smart reminders before damage happens, not after.
Home care your clients will actually do. Generate a complete, personalised home care plan with linked video guides in under 60 seconds — zero typing. Share it before they leave the table. From the Latin frictio: the act of rubbing, caring for the body through action.
Whether you’re interested in GRW Project, one of our platforms, consulting, speaking, or a partnership — we want to hear from you.
If it’s about human performance and building tools that make people better at what they do, it belongs in this conversation.
